Our Programs

Creating programs that offer youths a nurturing, safe environment to heal, learn and grow towards a brighter future. Our youth face numerous challenges. LifeTies works with adolescents to manage and overcome the effects of physical, emotional and sexual abuse.

  • Triad House

    A 24-hour residential group home for youth aged 16-21. Triad House specializes in working with youth who identify as LGBTQ; and fosters an environment that is open and accepting of all youth.

  • Rainbow House

    Rainbow House specializes in working with youth suffering from chronic health conditions. Started as the first group home in the nation for adolescents with HIV/AIDS and their children.

  • Mary’s Place

    Mary’s Place is a supportive housing program for aging-out youth (male and female) ages 18-21. The program provides a myriad of support services aimed at empowering our residents and providing a safe and secure environment to grow into self-sufficient adults.

  • T.I.L.T Mentoring

    T.I.L.T. (Teenage Independent Living Training) Mentoring goal is to provide a caring adult in youth’s life who are living in our group homes, supportive housing units and in the community.

    Our support services for LGBTQ+ youth and their families provide individual counseling and support groups, LGBTQ+ friendly resources. and mentoring services.

  • Transitional Housing and Rapid Rehousing

    Our Transitional Housing and Rapid Rehousing Programs provide housing and support for homeless unaccompanied young adults and pregnant and parenting young adults ages 18-24 and their children.
