LifeTies operates two group homes in Mercer County, NJ:

Triad House is a 24-hr residential group home for youth ages 14-18 with emotional, medical and behavioral challenges.  The program provides treatment for the youth and their families to achieve their goals. Rainbow House is a 24-hr special needs housing program for medically fragile female adolescents, ages 12-21, who are living with Lupus, Diabetes, HIV and/or AIDS. Please contact Trace Bass, Rainbow House Program Director at tbass@lifetiesinc.org with referral questions.

 

LifeTies also offers a living skills and permanent supportive housing program:

T.I.L.T. (Teenage Independent Living Training) is a program that serves male and female adolescents, ages 15-21, which focuses on independent living skills for those without family support. TILT can only accept youth referred by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP) and Unified Care Management (UCM). Please contact Robin Wilkins, T.I.L.T.
